Volunteers help create an atmosphere of hospitality by welcoming and orienting visitors to the experience, as well as supporting various event tasks throughout the Village.

We greatly appreciate your interest in participating in the Pop-Up Village!

We are looking for support in the following activities:

  • Greeters:  Welcome visitors, orient them to the available services, and help guide them to the programming.
  • Event Support Staff:  Support the Village by fulfilling various tasks as assigned by the Volunteer Manager.
  • Parent Partners (Livescan required): Support in child engagement activities while shadowing parents through the Village.
  • Vendor support:  Check in with vendors as they set up, throughout the event, and as they pack up their spaces.

  • Set up and breakdown:  Setting up the Village is a fun and exciting process as it all comes together. If you are handy with tools and like making things, this is the job for you. Breakdown is fast and straightforward. We wrap up the event with music, food, and fun.
